We created our salon because we saw a huge gap in the market in both the local area and the industry between basic grooming and truly professional, welfare-led care. Too many pets are rushed through appointments, groomed in "make do" dark, dirty and unsafe rooms and end up stressed, overwhelmed and treated as a number rather than a loved member of someone's family.
